We prioritize showcasing the natural flavors of the finest ingredients used in each dish. Our pure bone broth is prepared for over 5 hours and our mustard pickles and chili oil are all crafted in-house.

CRAFTED IN THE KITCHEN
Executive Chef Lane Li’s culinary journey began in China, where she worked as her mother’s kitchen helper, cooking over a wooden stove since they had no electricity. After putting herself through college, she pursued a career in finance while simultaneously taking night culinary classes at the Institute of Culinary Education. To satisfy her passion for food, she founded Noodle Lane at Smorgasburg in 2011. In 2023, she expanded her vision by opening a Noodle Lane brick-and-mortar in Park Slope, Brooklyn, and now she is furthering her ambition with Rulin. Through these ventures, Lane continues to showcase the elegant flavors of Chinese cuisine.
